What Is Included



Travel & Transportation

Business Class air travel into Logan International Airport and point-to-point ground transportation during your stay will be provided. Booking confirmations and itineraries will be provided directly via email.



Hotel Accommodations

Attendees will Enjoy Five-Star accommodations that mix a taste of Old Boston with splash of Modern Luxe, at the Langham Boston Hotel. Reservation confirmations will be provided with travel itineraries.



Dining & Entertainment

All meals will be provided for attendees while with the group, including reserved seating for the Presidents Club Roundtable Dinner & Awards. Several group entertainment excursions are also planned throughout the stay.

How can I attend?

You can sign up for The DIGIGOV 2024 Boston Experience by either clicking the link you recevied in your employee email or by using the form(s) located at the top and bottom of this page.

Can I bring my spouse/partner?

While spouses/partners are allowed to attend, any and all costs associated with the experience must be covered by the employee for their guest, if they are not a DIGIGOV employee. DIGIGOV will only be providing the experience for active employees in good standing.

How will I receive my confirmations?

All confirmations for travel, transportation, hotel, dining, and entertainment will be provided directly to your employee email. Please have printed copies of your materials on hand as a backup for the experience as not all venues may accept digital versions.

Will there be a lot of walking/physical activity?

While The 2024 DIGIGOV Boston Experience is a business-centric event and ground transportation is being provided, you can expect there to be a fair share of walking, mainly to-and-from venues. Should you need a wheelchair or other accomodations, please email info@americanguest.com and we will be happy to organize for you.

What if I have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?

You can specify any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have on the registration form. Should have an allergy or restriction not listed on the form, or if you selected “other”, please email us at info@americanguest.com so we can note your restrictions and make the proper accommodations for you.
